Some of the stories are cute. I was really looking for a book that would help me relate to my Aspie daughter, and this was not it. There is a saying that goes, "If you've met one Aspie, you've met ONE Aspie". They are all very different. While my daughter does have some of the same issues as the author's daughter, there are many more that are different. The book doesn't really get into all the different possible syptoms and aspects of Asperger's Syndrome in girls....just the ones that the author experienced with her own daughter. If you are looking for a story about one mother's experience and some tips on how to deal with the school system, this is a good book to read. I homeschool my daughter, so the many chapters on dealing with the public school system were completely irrelevent to me.
